These terms govern your use of the Tujenge application and website, operated by Rezotech Ventures. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Tujenge is a digital ledger and group management tool for Kenyan savings groups (chamas). It allows groups to record M-Pesa contribution references, track group loan activity, manage member roles, and generate monthly PDF statements.
Tujenge does not process payments, hold deposits, or provide credit. The app records information that users enter manually. The accuracy of all records depends entirely on what users submit.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Tujenge account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number) is accurate and belongs to you.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
All contributions, loans, repayments, and verifications recorded in Tujenge are permanent. The ledger is append-only by design — entries cannot be edited or deleted after they are confirmed. This protects all members from retrospective manipulation of group finances.
If an incorrect entry is recorded, a correcting entry must be added. Rezotech Ventures does not modify ledger entries on behalf of users under any circumstances.
We aim to keep Tujenge available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
We take reasonable precautions to back up data, but we recommend that chamas maintain their own records. Rezotech Ventures is not liable for data loss resulting from technical failures.

You may stop using Tujenge at any time and request account deletion via our deletion page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Chama records associated with a terminated account will be anonymised, not deleted, to preserve the integrity of the group ledger.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the app. Continued use of Tujenge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
